How to Return Products

  1. Sign in to your Nepal Organics Account.
  2. Click on “My Orders” to locate the order containing the product you want to return.
  3. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, raise a return request on the Nepal Organics app or website within 14 days for Nepal Organics items or within 7 days for non- Nepal Organics Mall items from the delivery date.
  4. For electronic appliances and mobile phones, check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty for issues after the return policy period. Refer to the Warranty Policy for more information on warranty claims.
  5. Certain categories accept a change of mind. Check the Return Policy per Category section for more details.
  6. Click on “Return Items” for the order containing the product you wish to return.
  7. Fill in the Return Form, which will display available return options such as pick up or drop-off.
  8. Pack your Nepal Organics parcel securely using the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you. Place the Return Label on top of the package.
  9. Drop off the parcel at your nearest drop-off point or wait for our pick-up service to collect it.

Refund Policy

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any defects. For fashion products, you may try them on to see if they fit, but they must still be considered unworn.
  • The product must include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and accessories.
  • The product must be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Nepal Organics Packaging/box, please use the same packaging/box for the return. Please do not attach any tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
  • To avoid any inconvenience or delay in the return process, please make sure to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the return package.
